Check in and check out is by appointment only and between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
If you have a special request, please feel free to get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate.
Health + Safety
Cats must arrive in a carrier or on a leash for their own safety.
To ensure a healthy, stress free stay, cats from different households will not be allowed to mingle in the common areas.
Cats must be neutered or spayed after 6 months of age.
We do not accommodate raw food diets.
We are not able to board cats who have been previously diagnosed with feline herpes virus.
What To Bring
Proof from your veterinarian that your cat is up to date with their required vaccines - FVRCP (all cats) + Rabies (outdoor cats)
Proof of flea prevention administration 10 days prior to boarding (if your cat shows signs of having fleas, a flea treatment will be administered and the charge will be added to your bill).
Your cat’s food and a written or e-mailed copy of detailed feeding instructions.
Medications and special dietary supplements or treats (if any).
A contact number where you can be reached while you are away, and/or a local contact who is authorized to make decisions on your behalf if you are unavailable.
Anything you think your cat would like to have with them during their stay - bedding, toys, brushes etc.
What We Provide
A plush bed
Food and water dishes
Litter box and litter
A scratching pad and a toy
Upon booking confirmation, a non-refundable 30% deposit is requested to secure your cat's space.
The remaining total can be paid upon arrival on the check-in date.
Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, cheque, or Interac e-Transfer.
An invoice and receipt will be provided upon received of payment at check-in.
Deposits taken upon booking are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
